This privacy policy explains what data the IJZER app collects, what it's used for, and how you stay in control of your own data.
To use IJZER you sign in — on Android with your Google account, on iOS with your Apple account. We only receive your name and a unique user ID — no password, and no access to your Google or Apple account itself.
Even after signing in, your workout history, routines, exercises, and body weight are stored locally on your phone or tablet. This data is never sent to a server and is never visible to us.
The following data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) so it can be synced across your devices and with your friends:
Payments for IJZER Premium are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store — we never see or store your payment details. To activate a purchase, the app sends a purchase receipt (no payment details) to our server, which verifies it directly with Google or Apple before activating Premium.
IJZER contains no ads and no third-party advertising or tracking software. We never sell data to third parties.
You remove local data yourself by deleting the app from your device. If you want your account and the associated data in Firebase deleted, send an email to info@ijzer.app — we'll process the request as soon as possible.
